Orbitclap is a cloud-based school management software designed to help educational institutions manage students, staff, fees, attendance, communication, and administrative workflows.

Eligibility

• You must be a legally authorized representative of a school or educational institution.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility

• The school owner/admin is responsible for all activities under their account.
• You must ensure that your staff uses the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
• Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately.

Data Ownership & Usage

• All data entered into Orbitclap remains the property of the respective school.
• Orbitclap does not claim ownership of your data.
• You grant us permission to process your data to provide services (reports, analytics, notifications).

Subscription & Payments

• Certain features may require a paid subscription.
• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the system

Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security practices.
• However, you are responsible for safeguarding login credentials.
• Orbitclap is not liable for breaches caused by weak passwords or user negligence.

Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Payments are overdue
• Suspicious or harmful activity is detected

Limitation of Liability

Orbitclap is not liable for:

• Data loss due to user actions.
• Financial or operational losses.
• Third-party integrations or failures

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the updated terms.
